Job Description
- Supports the development, creation, and maintenance of security system technical architecture.
- Works closely with stakeholders to identify key senior system technical requirements and prioritize projects to satisfy these requirements.
- Works with the IT Security Team Lead to identify training and mentoring opportunities for self and the Security Systems Engineer support team and maintains internal training materials.
- Assists project managers in completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Adheres to change control processes and provides timely response to security incident/support tickets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with improving security systems management processes and configuration
- 7 + years as a Security Systems Engineer, with at least 2+ years of experience in leading security systems development and enhancement projects
- In-depth knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Identity Management solution
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ADFS & MFS to support Single Single-On and Multi-Factor authentication
- In-depth knowledge of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle to support user and data access governance
- In-depth knowledge in developing, implementing or architecting security systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Oracle/SQL Server, and Unix
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, including the capability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous issues with exceptional follow through.
- Ability to participate in and guide multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills.
