Educational Technology Officer  

Provide training and support for teachers on the use of educational technology tools and resources.

Develop and implement technology integration plans and work with school leaders and teachers to develop and implement technology integration plans that align with the school's educational goals and objectives. This may involve identifying appropriate technology tools, developing curriculum materials, and assessing the impact of technology integration on student learning.

Collaborate with teachers to design technology-enhanced lessons and work with teachers to design lessons that incorporate technology to enhance the learning experience. This may involve helping teachers create digital content, identifying appropriate educational apps and software, and integrating technology into classroom activities.

Evaluate and recommend educational technology tools and stay up-to-date on the latest educational technology trends and tools and evaluate their effectiveness for use in the classroom. They may recommend new tools to teachers and school leaders based on their research and evaluation.

Support student learning and work with students to provide support and training on the use of educational technology tools and resources. This may involve leading workshops, providing one-on-one support, and creating instructional materials.

Responsible for designing and delivering training programs to employees to improve their skills and knowledge in areas such as process improvement, quality management, and project management.

Graduate of BS Education Major in Educational Technology or any other related courses preferred

Master's degree in Educational Technology, Curriculum, and Instruction, or a related field is an advantage

At least 1 - 2 years of formal teaching or training experience preferred

General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage

General exposure to cloud-based learning management systems (LMS), student information systems and other modern trends in Educational Technology (EdTech)

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage

Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development

Knowledge of learning theories and teaching strategies

Familiarity with emerging educational technology trends and tools
