Job Description
Reports to: Software Testing and QA Section Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review functional requirements and system documentation, data diagrams, and flowcharts to understand the software under test and any other software related to it
- Design, develop and review test plans, procedures and test cases/scripts
- Acquire or create test data required for testing
- Set up the required test beds
- Recommend system improvements to application developers
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year IT or computer related college course
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant Systems Test Engineer experience
- Knowledgeable in the following: Windows, Linux, .NET, C#, Java, and SQL scripting
- Candidates who have background/experience in software development and programming have an advantage
- Amenable to work over time
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
