Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Policy Development, Communication & Maintenance
- Assisting with the integration and consolidation of Corporate Governance Documents
- Supporting the development of new or updated Governance Documents by assisting with Legal Compliance, Risk Management & Assurance and Controllership offices, consulting with subject matter experts, performing records maintenance, and document management of Corporate Governance DocumentS
- Advising and assisting internal stakeholders on applying the Corporate Governance Document framework to Policy proposals.
- Participating and providing guidance to Governance Document owners with communications strategies.
- Maintaining and develop Governance Documents records and files
- Ensuring Governance Documents are available in relevant organizations.
- Providing data gathering, analysis, and report writing to support decision making, the implementation of business improvement initiatives and governance coordination
- Summarizing policy and or process exceptions
- Policy adherence, policy exceptions, workflow support and troubleshooting
Business Partnering
- Excellent analytical and relationship skills to build strong relationships
- Provide excellent customer service. Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems
Project Management
- Own special projectsas they arise and drive the implementation of continuous process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Education - A Bachelor’s Degree in related field is a requirement
- Training and Certification - A Master’s Degree or equivalent professional certification is considered an asset
- Experience - Six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
