Job Description
What we’re looking for
Coins.ph is looking for exceedingly motivated Analysts to join our Regulatory Compliance Team. As part of this role, you will be expected to study and gain expert knowledge about AML regulations, Counter-Terrorist Financing regulations, and rigorous Customer Due Diligence compliance.
What you'll do
- Collect and document data, including alert, investigation, or Suspicious Activity Report history; Know Your Customer information; relevant account and transaction data; plus any other required information to assist the investigation
- Disposition and fully document all alerts, including supporting data, analysis and rationale for disposition, within the case management system in a timely manner
- Completing quarterly review of High Risk Customers. These reviews will include a detailed discussion of the customer's account activity and whether it is consistent with the customer's type of business or personal wealth profile.
- Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Prepare and forward Requests for Information (‘RFI's’) to the Compliance Manager to obtain additional transaction information about a customer or a customer's customer.
Minimum Qualifications
What you’ll need
- University degree in any of the following: Law, International Relation, Economics, Political Science, or Diplomacy
- Strong at report writing and documenting outcomes of investigations
- High proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and other crypto-assets will be highly advantageous
