Job Description
Working Hour:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 14:00
Consulting role
- Giving consultation and educate our sellers how to use our service and product
- Accomodate seller feedback and communicate to the team
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationship with sellers
- Responsible for keeping our sellers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
Seller Acquisition/Business Development
- We are looking for a motivated, independent, entrepreneurial professional who would be responsible for scaling up the acquisition of Social Media individual seller
- Acquiring Online Shop owner / Brands
- Meeting only Top management of sellers/OEM/SME, so as to discuss our solution model and convince them for onboarding
Handling Marketing Events
- Sourcing, negotiating, and assessing event deals
- Managing TokoTalk's events from start to finish
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years+ proven job experience in sales and closing deals
- Excellent in sales and negotiating skills
- Have experience or good network with social media sellers
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of social media/ online selling
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
