Job Description
- Update website with event registration.
- Update membership database online ensuring details are up to date and change if needed by contacting members.
- Follow up on accounts receivables.
- Create database of venues for events and training.
- Nice to have – be able to send invoices through Xero.
- Research information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
- Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably with Chamber Associations or groups that have a database of memberships
- Good attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Patient
- Ability to send invoices through Xero
