Job Description
- Filing of tax returns and tax admin support
- Maintenance of Xero subscriptions and following up on billing enquiries
- Assisting with corporate cessations
- Assisting with GST cycle - checking files are ready and updating job management system
- Assistance with the maintenance of internal Beany records eg address changes, package changes
- Possibly Xero file setups
- Support on the submissions process
- Support on onboarding process
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least a minimum of 1-year related experience in Australian or New Zealand Accounting
- Knowledge in Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized
- Personal Skills/Attributes:
