Job Description
- Establish and implement a customer service policy and procedure
- Study and evaluate the existing capacity and capability of service centers and design an efficient partnership through tie-ups with new service centers
- Investigates and solves customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Documents and keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers, analysis and statistics of both online and offline customer service issues
- Design an effective oral and written feedback mechanism to customers which may include but are not limited to fact sheets, standard replies and spiels
- Releases weekly and monthly reports for all customer service incidents and action plans
- Escalate critical customer issues and ensure escalation ownership with internal resources
- Identify, define and drive phased upsell and cross sell opportunities in the online channel
- Supervises the documentation and policies for warranties and returns procedure
- Coach and counsel personnel and provide guidance to team on customer service and performance issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any course
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in customer service
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have good listening and problem-solving skills
- Must possess high standard of customer service
- Must have good leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Must exude confidence, patience, politeness and professionalism
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Experience in power tools industry is a plus.
