Job Description
Job Summary:
- Prepare and submit all financial reports –stand alone & consolidated and MERALCO reports (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Prepare and submit Board materials for Financial Controller & CFO review
- Prepare of annual financial statements, including analysis
- Review of stand-alone and consolidated budget templates, including latest estimates
- Review of monthly variance analysis – actual vs budget (stand alone and consolidated)
- Review of daily budget monitoring & approvals
- Cost & profitability analysis for business cases – new projects
- Other Ad hoc reports
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management and/or other related courses
- At least five (5) years work experience in a Managerial level
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- MBA in Finance/Certified Management Accountant
- Excellent financial analysis and reasoning
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Development and implementation of Financial principles, practices and procedures
