- Support human resource department by screening and interviewing applicants
- Payroll preparation
- Conduct Orientation to newly hired employees
- Administering employee benefits program, employee services and employee relations
- Monitoring and answering external customer queries and concerns through email
- Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfer, terminations, merit increase, etc.
- Handle complaints and grievances
- Responsible for clearance process
- Prepare and issue tardiness MEMO, Notice to explain, NDA and Notice of Termination
- Conduct Admin Hearing
- May be assigned to perform other task from time to time or if need arises.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
