Job Description
- Conducts consultation with buyers on a regular and predictable schedule, documents consultation via Talksheet.
- Cascade company promos & programs to buyers, coordinators, & merchandisers, all within assigned budget.
- Conducts store checks and store visits, only 20-30% of the time in a week; does Store Score while doing trade visit.
- Aligns with merchandising coordinators on company strategies and directions.
- Submits RWER, sales performance, activity, and other reports, e.g. Talksheet, TTA, Factbook, etc.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of orders.
- Introduces new products to assigned accounts.
- Monitors in-store promotional activities performance; off-take, the efficiency of the budget.
- Manages account ARs together with BDM Ops and coordinates closely with CPFI Comptroller Team.
- Ensures that assigned account spending is within given budget.
- Coordinates with TMG Group to better service assigned account; recommendation and implementation of Channel, CATMAN and ISA projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business related;
- At least 1-year hands-on experience in Sales and distribution functions;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
