Job Description
The Supervisor A319/A320 Short Term Planning has the direct authority in the administration and control of all A319/A320 daily aircraft maintenance schedule. Has direct supervision for the monitoring, provision, planning and scheduling of maintenance task based on the final work plan. He/she ensures that all work loads and task are accomplished in a timely manner. Handles and oversee daily compliance of routine and non-routine task.
- Administer and oversee fleet wide short term maintenance work schedule.
- Directly supervises the review and implementation of daily provision work plan fleet wide.
- Perform general oversight of the work preparation, task card provision, responsive to environmental conditions and control.
- Supervises monitors and controls all aircraft maintenance workloads, routine task, non-routines, special inspection, AD’s / SB’s and other related supplementary task.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or equivalent
- Must have 4 years experience in Production Planning
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent
