Job Description
- Define critical parameters of the Fleet Material Management.
- Measure the performance.
- Lead the Analysis of the Outcome.
- Require the stakeholder to make Improvement or provide Corrective Action and document the result
- Allow the Team to develop the necessary control method or techniques in maintaining the desired outcome.
- Represent FMM in program, project and systems development initiated either by the EFM of the Organization.
- To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that the highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
- To ensure the unit’s adherence to the Company’s rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, well organized and able to multitask, good problem analysis and resolution skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize changing demands, highly energized, results-oriented problem solver who demonstrates a high level of initiative.
- Four (4) years in Material Management or more than two (2) years as Material planner
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Must be a strong team-player. Experience working in cross-functional teams is preferred
- Must be committed to continuous improvement utilizing a Total Quality approach
- Willing to work in shifting, as required, or during out of office hours
