Job Description
In Cartenz, we strongly value reliability and transparency in cultivating our working environment. We’re seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:
- Take charge in project planning including schedule assessment, design, development, testing, deployment and change management.
- Managing, lead and accountability responsible with the success of staff development program.
- Posses analytical and technical expertise in repairing equipment, maintaining server/database and communicating network.
- Help diagnose and resolve problem with malfunctioning components.
- Hold accountable in assisting team in preparing and installing network software.
- Determine system reload and backup procedure for database and critical applications.
- Ensure SOP are in placed and updated for all processes related to IT deployment.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement in project delivery, process improvement, team capability, processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from a reputable university with Bachelor or Master Computer Science / Information Technology or in any related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of managing project experience.
- An individual that has exceptional logical thinking skills and great attention in detail.
- A team player with strong management and strong leadership values.
- An individual that quickly adapt and willing to work in multiple regions and locations.
