Job Description
- Manage daily store operations across all branches.
- Handle business expansion from construction to store opening. Coordinates with mall leasing, contractors, and suppliers.
- Responsible with Visual Merchandising
- Manage employees and store concern, help to provide employee training. Resolve conflict in-store and handles customer complaint.
- Handle bank promotions. Define and manage proposal from partnered banks and brands.
- Evaluate and generate sales reports of all branches.
- Establish strong relationship with external partners and contacts.
- Liaises with sales supervisors and sales promoters in terms of sales, competitors report, inventory, marketing implementation, and other admin tasks
- Liaises with the marketing department in terms of promo implementation, analyze the success of promo, store display, post report, and implementation improvement.
- Evaluates branch employees and communicates with them on a regular basis.
- Recommends improvements on operations to make it more effective and efficient.
- Builds a relationship with each store supervisors of all branches to handle concerns and implements solutions.
- Coordinates with brand partners on a project basis (e.g mall selling, event, special promo)
- Coordinates with mall admins with regards to new policies to implement and concerns of the company
- Reports directly to the President and General Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Competence: good communication skills, very organized, can multitask well, Administrative Skills, Coordination Skills, Management Skills, Result Oriented
