Job Description
The ideal candidate is highly creative, self-motivated, experienced with the qualifications, driven with the ability to manage a multi-disciplined team, having a strong desire to go above and beyond with tasks:
- Technical leadership and line management of the team
- The recruitment and future growth of the team with high caliber individuals
- Career development, objective setting and performance reviews of direct reports
- Supply and demand management of resources including project allocation and resource forecasting.
- Identification of training and development needs and strategies for team members
- Technical impact assessment, governance and effort estimation for new project requirements
- Being Technical/Operational escalation contact
- Continual contribution to improvements to ways of working, tooling and processes
- Project status reporting, hours, costs, time to complete by project
- Other project status measurements as requested by management
Minimum Qualifications
Background and proven ability in the management of multiple projects and software development team members and having strong knowledge and experience with:
- ASP.net/G Suite Development
- Excel Add-in Development
- UI Development/UI Design
- C# and C++ Development
- Winforms and MFC
- Web Development
- Microsoft.net for GUI Development
- RDBMS Knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret existing code
- Ability to effectively work with leadership at US development locations
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
