Job Description
- This person is responsible for researching, investigating and working with Members, Member’s upline(s), local management and Home Office MPC Department to research not legal advertisements, Ethical and Sales and Marketing Plan Violations.
- This person should provide a service for our Members so that all Members understand what is required and expected of them. To educate the Members on how to run their business according to sensible and ethical business practices and to maintain the highest standard of fairness and integrity in running their business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be University Graduate or equivalent with two to three years relevant working experience, and ideally within Distributor Services
- A positive, outgoing personality (especially attitude, enthusiasm and flexibility) with the ability to work effectively, as a team, with co-workers as well as all levels of management
- Must be self-motivated and highly attentive to detail and follow up
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Knowledge in other dialects would be a plus.
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on computer skills (knowledge of MS Office is a plus)
- The ability to work flexible hours (some Saturdays, some Sundays and overtime)
- The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
