Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager has a great understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and improve their knowledge in performance marketing. You will need to be analytical and solution-oriented with unparalleled levels of attention to detail, organization, and communication. The ideal candidate will project manage multiple accounts from start to finish and be extremely reliable, being the lead PM for up to 18 accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of up to 20 clients per month in various different verticals and industries that have signed up for strategy and/or web services
- Own all aspects of the project management platform (ClickUp) for Strategy & Creative (Web) teams of up to 5 strategists, creative and web experts.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to distill large, complex amounts of information into bite-size bulleted statements
- Track engagement schedules and deliverables while constantly assessing risk and removing roadblocks for the strategy, creative and web teams.
- Monitor and provide quality assurance on each engagement to ensure cross-agency tasks are delivered on time and to the highest quality
- Manage and maintain all engagement resource allocation for multiple projects across the business
- Create, manage and maintain client engagement deliverables to support the delivery of the Strategy and Web services
- Manage and communicate ongoing client schedules and workflows with the strategy, creative, and web teams
- Manage and own all aspects of the client onboarding process, scheduling and providing client follow-ups.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope while maintaining client happiness
- Assist and delight Strategy, Creative, and Web team members and group director with prompt, reliable, and error-free service
- Assist with the development and documentation of SOP Methodologies whenever necessary. This includes establishing and refining SOPs and Systems whenever it is needed
- Help with the training and onboarding of new PMs/AMs for Strategy & Creative

Practical Experience
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager (required minimum of 3 years)
- Perfect English communication skills in both written and oral
- Required Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency Experience
- Required experience in the Google Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc)
- Required experience in Slack platform and Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in managing and delivering projects on budget, within the scope, and on time
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms or other content management systems
- Proven experience in working across multiple client projects simultaneously; taking control and driving the project forward
- Experience with Project Management Tools, preferably ClickUp but not required
