Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records for all projects, including invoices, purchase orders, purchase order adjustments, and budgets
- Prepare and calculate invoices and billings, and monitor payments
- Manage accounts receivable and payables
- Monitor payroll
- Manage accounts payable
- Perform general ledger, income statement, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports based on project and company data
- Assist with audit and annual financial audits
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ability to correctly prepare tax reports
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in working with Xero, Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
- 2+ relevant experience is advantage.
- Willing to be in Hybrid to RTO work set-up
