Job Description
- Indoctrinates new store branches on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Farm Mart
- Proper decorum
- Daily tasks
- Reporting systems
- Cash management
- Provides encouragement and motivation among store branches.
- InstilL integrity, discipline, and teamwork among the branches and its staff.
- Ensuring that customers are serviced properly and that they are satisfied with our service.
- Create feedback mechanism for customers
- Conceptualizes store related promotional activities to boost the sales performance of its branch.
- Conceptualizes customer related promotional activities to boost customer feedback and instil continued patronage of the branch and its products.
- Skilled in Customer Development and in building Customer Relationships
- Conducts regular and surprise Store Audits within each Store Branch
- Inventory Audit
- Store Audit
- Proper management of reports
- Proper organization of files
- Examine the integrity of equipment and assets of the store, to ensure that they are all in good working conditions.
- Submits its audit findings to the Business Development Supervisor, Finance and upper management.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum of 1-3 years store experience in retail operations function.

Strong understanding of retail math w/ strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player.
- Passion for work, Goal-driven and detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and protect confidential information with integrity and honor.
- Ability to do the following:
- Prioritize, manage and complete complex tasks with excellent time management skills.
- Adapt to change and react appropriately.
- Execute, follow-up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Skilled in conducting regular In-Store Training of branch staff pertaining to:
- Operational skills on POS Usage
- Proper Inventory Management
- Selling skills
- Customer relationship management
- Schedule technical training with Farm Mart Vet
- Highly motivated when faced with work related challenges, and is capable of working as a team player, especially in collaborative projects with Inoza Sales and Marketing, as well as the other subsidiaries of the Company.
- Possesses the analytical and presentation skills necessary to assess its branch and sell its ideas to the Business Development Supervisor
- Initiates special projects that will result in the enhancement of Farm Mart.
- Performs duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time, by the Management Committee.
