Responsible for accepting, filing, safekeeping and retrieving submitted documents or folders from buyers or Cavite Laguna office based on procedures.

Performs regularly and orderly updates buyers’ records and keeps physical at the same time electronic documents.

Prepares Deed of Absolute Sale for Transfer Certificate of Title transfer of Westbrook Finance Corporation or Net Present Value accounts.

Prepares and submits required reports to the supervisor on time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Must be a team player and a fast learner.
- Eagerness to learn and has initiative.
- Must be organized and detail-focused.
- Candidate must have a sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
