Job Description
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls and customer inquiries
- Record and process customer inquiries regarding online purchase
- Handle customer online purchase concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in English
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
- Can Start ASAP.
