Job Description
- Preparation & Counter-checking of Payroll of Branches and Head Office
- Preparation & Computation of Government Remittances accurately such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR Payments
- Checking of Daily Branch Reports for Discrepancies (Sales, Inventory etc…)
- Preparation of Reports.
- Preparation & Checking of Schedules of Supplier & Utilities and Bills Payments to make sure that these are paid on time.
- And other duties to be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- With at least 2 years experience
- Trustworthy, with Good Moral Character
- Willing to learn
- Must be computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Word Programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
