As a Management Associate, you will be acting as Chief of Staff to the Team, responsible for partnering with one of our senior-most Executives to create a more efficient, collaborative, and effective team. The role balances strategic thinking with detailed operational follow-thru. Your role is to support your Team by working in partnership with Senior Management and his/her direct reports to streamline communications, document and assist in following up on key action items, and ensuring the commitments we’re making internally and externally are being delivered upon.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
- Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
- Marketing skills to support social media campaigns and email campaigns
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with technology
- Adept at using different ways to overcome challenges, including collaboration and delegation
- Excellent professionalism, project management, and problem-solving skills
