Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Following up on outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Helping customers make changes to their payment profiles
- Process refunds, update complex billing profiles, troubleshoot billing issues
- Supporting, troubleshooting and solving customer problems, when needed
- Supporting all internal teams with customer payments
- Recommending and implementing process, and policy improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time working experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University (a degree in the sciences is a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills, confidence to manage difficult situations and conversations
- Ability to build relationships and connect with people quickly
- Exceptionally organized
- Tech savvy with the ability to navigate apps and software
- Nice to have: experience working with Stripe or other payment processors
