Job Description
- Ensure the proper implementation of delivery operating policies and procedures
- Plans, reviews and prepares delivery schedule of Metro Manila and provincial deliveries
- Maximizes utilization of trucks and routes and minimizes the delivery cost
- Receives and opens incoming pouches from all branches
- Checks and records the daily schedules pouched by all branches including head office
- Supervises the organized safety loading arrangement of items for delivery to prevent losses, damages nad breakages
- Handles customer's complaints on deliveries and provides sound solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4 year course
- Able to understand and implement company policies and procedures
- Develops and sustains productive customer relationships
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
