- Execute all accounting transactions and effect the necessary reconciliation of outstanding transactions;

Keep abreast of relevant accounting regulations and ensure updating of existing instruction processes and procedures;

Participate in the development of financial procedures and model documents, including check lists, for all of the essential financial activities;

Provide advice on the interpretation and implementation of the financial procedures;

Handle general accounts queries; arrange payment of bills and accounts; check and bank payments; keep records of financial transactions; keep records of costs such as labor and materials, and compare costs with budgets
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Have at least three years of proven work experience
- Specialist accounting knowledge;.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do multitasking.
- Ability to work effectively.
- Highly organized.
- Can work under pressure and result oriented.
- Willing to start immediately.
