Job Description
- Define and communicate the local market strategy, offers, and products for Indonesia, continuously monitoring competitive positioning & future regulation in the market, adapting the strategy and the tactics.
- Extending market distribution via affiliate partnerships.
- Formulating and implementing operational & tactical plans with the different departments (business and quality analytics, fraud and risk, Human Resources) and other Country managers from other markets. Ensuring the communication run smoothly with the cross-functional teams and the Indonesian team.
- Closely monitoring the operational and financial results against plans/budgets and optimizing accordingly. Work across the UX, UI, Customer experience, establishing effective continuous improvement initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion player registration and retention. Additionally, represent the company to the partners and professional associations of the related
- Manage annual budget planning
- Assisting HR for Indonesian team staffing
- Performance Evaluation of Indonesian team members
- Reporting weekly to CEO
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills in spearheading team projects and execute deliverables;
- Good communication and presentation skills with the abillity to speak and write Bahasa Indonesia language;
- Proven track record in management of Indonesian market
- Progressive leadership experience in the IT and/or online marketing field
