Job Description
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the Branch Managers as well as the improvement of the company profile by attending to the needs of the customers and make sure that they are satisfied;
- Prospect or search out potential business and propose to the management;
- Collect and Analyze sales data in order to better understand how to maximize branch output and its employee;
- Communicates with Managers and other division/department and coordinating any collaboration;
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2-years working experience in handling managerial task in retail operations and handling of people;
- Ability to work within the framework of existing and changing procedures and practices;
- Flexible, aggressive, trustworthy and has strong leadership skills;
- Keeping up to date with the products and competitors;
- Experience in negotiating and reaching agreements with external organizations or units is a plus
