- Manage client concerns/ product issues referring the matter to the right person/department and follow through until resolved.
- Update client on status of unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Prepare service tracking report/ monthly service report and other related reports
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of any 2 or 4-year course
With at least 2 years working experience
Exposure to customer relations or customer service, or service-related fields or repairs is hihgly preferred
Interest in latest gadgets and technology is preferrable
Knowledge in customer service
Proficient in using spreeadsheet applications
Excellent communication skills - ability to deal with internal and external clients effectively
Team player
Honest and Trustworthy
Maintain good moral character
Negotiating and influencing skills
