Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years related experience is required

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, or related course

  • Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City

Job Description
  • Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed
  • Implements and annually updates company compensation program, rewrites job descriptions as necessary, conducts annual salary surveys, implements the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
  • Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures
  • Oversees all HR processes including compensation and benefits, and recruitment
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
