Job Description
- The Territory Sales Supervisor will be representing the BEWELL NUTRACEUTICALS CORP. in the pharmaceutical and medical industry. Promotes assigned products to target doctors and pharmacist to ensure that the doctors will prescribe the products to its patients. The following points will be the Promoting Duties and Responsibilities of a TSS.
- Promotes assigned products to target doctors and pharmacists
- Details to the doctors the Features, Advantages, and Benefits of our products
- Ensures that the doctors will prescribe our products
- Executes Marketing Programs of the Company
- Conducts Continuous Medical Education activities to support the doctors.
- Tasked to achieve the target number of doctor calls daily and monthly
- The TSS acts as the supervisor of the assigned area, supporting the Marketing strategy, Collection, Monitoring Drugstores or any product related task, Manpower and Supervising personnel inside the assigned area.
- Hiring, Training, and Deployment of push girls
- Supervision of all Promo Sales Assistants/ Independent Contractors/ and Events team in his/ her assigned territory
- Ensures 100% plantilla of PSA configuration on a per Territory basis
- Ensures that all PSAs and ICs achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conducts regular monthly meetings to push girls in his/her assigned territory
- Freebies Distribution to all
- Assists the Events team in terms of Mall Permits and availability of products
- Reports competitor activities and provides information to Marketing in order to improve/ enhance marketing strategies
- Acts as field supervisor on a per territory basis
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4 year Course.
- 1 to 2 Medical Representative experience is a Must and definite advantage
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in the WILL BE assigned area
- Can work under pressure
- willing to work and preferably resides on Cavite
