Graduated from college
  • Minimum of 2-years experience in Pricing/Revenue Management; preferably in a Logistics/Forwarding industry or equivalent.
  • With team lead experience.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Applications; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate with Associates at all levels of the organization.
Job Description

Plan, organize, manage and control the various facets of activities for the Revenue & Yield Department with respect to documentation and evaluation of sales proposals using framework for financial analysis and market information.

Responsible also for ensuring the dissemination of all rate-related issues to various internal clients.

  • Assists Sales Team in the formulation of rates and profitability analysis of existing and target accounts.
  • Prepares profitability analysis of top accounts and co-loaders account.
  • Monitoring of revenue per service product per month.
  • Ensures that all rates are updated using the agreed rates as concurred by the either VP for Solutions Sales and/or AVP for Solutions Sales.
  • Support the demand forecast tasks in preparation for revenue management.
  • Ensures higher yield from the right customer at the right time and for the right price.
  • Maintains records of segment and profitability analysis.
  • Distributes, monitors and summarizes the periodic production reports for all accounts with special arrangements;
  • Maintains and updates database on pricing and yield matters.
  • Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the VP-Sales, AVP-Credit & Collection and AVP-Sales.
  • Participate in monthly Solutions Sales and Client meetings as required.
