Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Sales or customer support experience with a US-based telecommunications company or campaign.
  • At least 1-2 years of minimum experience in the required field.
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Proficient in:
    • Microsoft Office 365;
    • Microsoft Excel;
    • Microsoft Word;
    • Microsoft Outlook;
    • Microsoft PowerPoint;

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to interact and interface effectively with Managers and Executives.
  • Must be motivated, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision as well as effectively working as a team.

Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the ongoing support of Sales and Account Management activities. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Support sales efforts and to work closely with Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Presales research including CSR review and LRN qualification.
  • Review carrier terms and customer agreements to determine ETFs, where applicable.
  • Work with Quote Desk and Sales team on responses to RFQs.
  • Gather information required for presentation to customers.
  • Monitor pricing changes and adjustments.
  • Assist with bulk pricing requests.
  • Assist with preparation of documentation required for sale.
  • Order entry support for large orders.
  • Ensure that account documentation and contracts are maintained through appropriate internal systems.
  • Review orders and confirm order details.
  • Review order delivery details to confirm alignment of delivered services with a contract.
  • Review order delivery details to ensure unplanned incidental installation charges have been captured.
  • Research and reporting to support QSR presentations.
  • Project support.
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Accountable for the prompt and accurate completion of service orders.
  • Ensure the alignment of customer agreements, delivered services, and equipment, and customer billing records.
  • Timely and accurate execution of projects defined by sales, pricing, and customer experience teams.
