Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the establishment and growth of our new office in the Philippines.
- Responsible for hiring, managing, and expanding the local team.
- Build and analyze P&L statements to ensure financial health and growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency to support our brand's expansion.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of managing teams and demonstrating leadership.
- Experience in building and analyzing P&L statements.
- Ability to work full time and onsite; office hours to be discussed.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the beauty industry or related fields.
