Job Description
- Creating effective and efficient recruiting strategy
- Increasing employee fulfillment rate
- Collaborating with hiring managers on their hiring needs
- Habdling end to end recruitment process
Minimum Qualifications
- Max. 35 years old
- 5 years experience as Recruitment Manager from FMCG, consulting or Unicorn startup
- Have a strong recruitment skill and have a proven rate of fulfilling recruitment needs
- Have experience to handle fast paced and high demand recruitment
- Understand end to end recruitment process (incld. sourcing, market salary, onboarding)
