Job Description
The Product
Archify is our digital platform designed to showcase the diversity of products & technologies within the building and construction industry. Covering a wide portfolio of different brands, it supports design professionals to understand which products are the best fit for their projects.
The Role
We're looking for people who can help us to showcase this platform. If you're interested to be a part of our team, you'll be doing the following key tasks for this role:
- Introduce the platform and product training to new potential or existing users via telephone, online sessions, and in the field.
- Actively search for new potential users and convert them into sign-ups.
- Building long-term relationships with Design Professionals (Architects).
- Schedule regular visits, meetings, discussions and teleconferences to strengthen the relationships.
- Manage and maintain business relationships with all members and maintain a high degree of user experience satisfaction.
- Ensure all members’ account and portfolio pages and detailed information are up to date (regular check) and at a high level of detail for maximum web visitor experience.
- Promote BCI Central as an industry-leading building and construction information provider at all points of contact
Network Growth
- Finding and growing Archify network mainly focusing on Design Professionals through industry events, cold callings, and field visits.
- Responding to inbound inquiries and utilizing online platforms and other avenues to generate new leads.
- Achieving & surpassing the monthly KPIs
- Utilizing BCI’s CRM system, to track and record network interactions and notes, as well as frequent communication of KPI productivity to management via meetings and reports.
Other
- Assist in the growth of BCI’s Archify position in the market by representing its strengths, values, and differentiators, to industry contacts. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, senior management) to address users’ needs
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior work experience working in client management, customer service, or public relations marketing is preferred
- Proven track record in corporate and relationship management
- Excellent communication skills ( both in written & verbal form)
- Working knowledge of Internet search engine optimization, database management & MS office tools
- Experience in using various social media and phone chat platforms
- Knowledgeable on various trends in Architecture, Interior design, Building & Construction Industry
- Excellent organization skills are necessary to present strategies, and conceptual frameworks, and plan various activities to convince, and persuade the target network
- Handle various PR & marketing strategies
