Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor  

Product Quality and Operational Efficiency

• Schedule daily deliveries of all trucks (in-house and out-sourced)
• Communicates with Sales in relation to daily delivery schedule of finished goods and other related concerns.
• Coordinates with the Operations Supervisor regarding Logistics concerns such as daily shipment, trucking concerns, and other warehouse activities involving finished goods.
• Coordinates with Logistics coordinator regarding slotting, product rotation and space allocation of finished goods.
• Responsible on the over-all orderliness and cleanliness of the Finished Goods warehouse

Trouble Shooting and Maintenance

• Schedules delivery trucks for preventive maintenance and other necessary repairs.

Continuous Improvement

• Coordinates with Operations Supervisor regarding customer complaints and products returns.
• Participates in continuing department planning and organization.

Safety and Housekeeping

• Practices safety and ensures good housekeeping in area of responsibility

Staff Supervision

• Prepares daily activities of personnel under his/her supervision
• Oversees training of new personnel under his/her supervision through preparation of and monitoring accomplished activities in the training roadmap.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and personnel performance and recommends necessary action accordingly.

Management Systems Compliance

• Awareness and compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 Standards and other standards implemented in the mill.
• Ensures Company rules, safety, energy conservation and good housekeeping are strictly observed

Operational Continuity

• Ensures availability of finished goods to avoid stock out.
