Job Description
Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for direct coordination and interaction with clients including establishment of identity, negotiation, gathering of documents up to closing to financially resolve the account.
Responsibilities:
- Implements lead generation activities
- Performs portfolio management, account management and documentation management including but not limited to target setting, account profiling and authority to transact clearance, negotiation with clients, reparation of Proposal thru Account Management System (AMS2) and documentation and closing
- Prepares management information system (MIS) reports
- Handles Stakeholder Management
- Performs other job related projects as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably in Finance or Business Management / Administration
- With background in any of the following:
- Mortgage Business
- Consumer Loans
- Retail Loan Banking
- Microfinance
- Must be willing to do fieldwork
- Possesses ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Can manage highly detail oriented tasks with consistent accuracy
- Confident and competent
- Can work independently or with minimum supervision
- Team player
- Enjoys working with people and thrives under challenges
- Very good time management skills
- Very good organizing skills
- Articulate, excellent communication skills

Bahay Financial Services, Inc. or BFS Inc. is a pioneering multinational mortgage servicing company that was established in 2005 by an institutional investment fund managed by a leading global fund manager.
We are a mortgage servicer. As a mortgage servicer, the services of BFS are classified into two primary buckets:
1. Regular Servicing
: is what a servicer do for performing loans. Performing loans are loans with payments that are up to date. Regular servicing is the preferred 1st way out – we bill, collect and perform credit administration services for the borrowers whose payments are up to date. We go after borrower for their regular payment.
2.Special Servicing
: is what a servicer do to mitigate total loss of a loan that has become non-performing. TO mitigate the loss, the following maybe resorted to:
A.Remedial Management – a loss mitigation effort that involves working out a loan modification with the original borrower whose capacity to pay based on the original terms has been challenged. This is the 1st option to recovery when a loan has become non-performing.
This type of servicing is the core of what we do – simply because we want to, as much as possible, resolve the loan with the original borrower. This we do by doing field work, and call outs to try and negotiate a possible loan modification. Loan modification is simply the restructuring of the loan – changing its payment terms and principal based on the financial circumstances of the original borrower.
B.Default Management is a loss mitigation effort that occurs when financial resolution of the original borrower is no longer feasible.
Under default management, we go after the property once all efforts have been exhausted with the original borrower. Since remedial management doesn’t seem to be a viable option anymore, then we resort to foreclosing the property, securing it and eventually finding a buyer for a third party property sale.
