Job Description
- Handle cash and credit sales, as well as close the store at the end of the day.
- Process, price, and shelf incoming products.
- Maintain shelf organization and stocking.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the store.
- Look after the cleanliness of the store or work premises.
- Generate sales, answer customers' questions, and channel customers' complaints to proper avenues.
- Effectively communicate store policies to customers.
- Provide a safe and welcoming retail environment to customers of all abilities/experience.
- Assist in training store staff and volunteers.
- Inform customers about the product or service and give them a description of the uses or features of the product.
- Be responsible for the display and arrangement of the items or goods so that it can get customers' attention.
- Keep yourself updated about the knowledge of the new products and services so you can effectively sell it to the customers.
- Effectively promote a brand if asked to.
- Develop good communication and selling skills.
- Order goods or items in demand to overcome shortage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in College level.
- Good store sales experience.
- Knowledgeable of MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English.
- Has the following skills:
- Strong analytical and planning.
- Good communication and presentation.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Ability to handle all types of customers.
- Flexible.
- Preferably female.
- Non-smoker.
- Willing to report or be assigned in BGC and Alabang.
- Initial training will be in Ortigas.
