Job Description
To be a personal assistant and legal secretary in a start-up firm engaged in Real Estate. I am looking for someone who is well organized, time efficient and result oriented. Proficiency in computer and legal documentation is a requirement, Travelling around the country will be required occasionally. Qualified applicant will also be required to assist clients occasionally on their real estate investment requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Well verse in Legal terminologies and basic knowledge in Preparation of Contract of Lease and Sale,
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Must be willing to learn and have an interest in Real Estate Management.
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient.
- Must be flexible in working schedule including weekends.
