Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing all adminsitrative duties in the office and ensuring that the office is operating smoothly.
- Ensure that the business operates in compliance with government requirements/legislations and company policies
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing office policies and systems, and supervising procurement and maintenance of supplies & equipment
- Manage office finances by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Handle human resource tasks, such as end-to-end recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary sanctions, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within the business to address general office and employee concerns and needs
- Report to central management team in Sydney head office: preparing regular updates, reports and presentations about the office performance, finance & budgeting, staffing etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree graduate with at 3-5 years of experience in office administration
- Strong and effective communication & interpersonal skills
- High organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Adaptability in a fast-paced technological environment
- Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Malate
