Job Description
- Responsible in implementing the payroll process of the Company based on implementing guidelines.
- Ensures for accuracy of payroll data to be paid out starting from new salary to the final pay of an associate.
- Responsible in timely crediting of payroll based on the payroll calendar.
- Provides reports to Finance for the correct entry and posting at the accounting books.
- Provide support in the development and design of the benefits package based on market study.
- Participates in or conducts benefits surveys to determine the Company’s competitiveness in the market.
- Responsible for the update and monitoring of the benefits plan (current estimate vs profit plan).
- Assist in the review of the competitiveness of benefit plan vs market
- Participates in or conducts salary surveys among the target market companies to determine the competitiveness of the Company’s salaries and cash compensation.
- Ensures the timely implementation of cash compensation programs (Sales and Channel Operations Incentives, Associate Incentive Plan, and other cash incentive programs) and salary guidelines (Merit Increases) for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a knowledge of key processes involving salary planning, benefits planning and administration, payroll processing
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
