Job Description
- Arrange review form and review implementation process periodically
- Doing review and Improvement base on last year's performance appraisal implementation
- Facilitate KPI review for AUTO2000's functionary in accordance with Astra Leadership Competencies
- Facilitate KPI review for employees in accordance with business change
- Implement work evaluation process
- Processing data that will use on work evaluation in accordance with KPI
- Doing Confirmation to branch or division about achievement's KPI
- Help on bonus distribution and calculation
- Help on salary increase calculation
- Teamwork with division or department in prepare of insentive and target point for employees
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, and Accounting
- Proven Working Experience in Rewards Management or Payroll
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Strong analytical skills
