Job Description
With the AAMI Client Services Team, the Client Services Officer‘s role is to engage current and prospective clients as the first point of contact and source of information on ATRAM products and services. Address the needs of existing clients by processing client service requests. Is also expected to receive and respond to customer service inquiries by providing appropriate information per client interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Candidates must have completed at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or Commerce.
- Candidates with Certified Investment Solicitors (CIS) license preferred but not required.
Experience
- With at least 2 years work experience in asset management or similar field, preferably with knowledge in mutual funds, and a background in customer service
Necessary Competencies
- Working knowledge of economics and financial markets; knowledge of fund products preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Organization skills – detail-oriented, efficient, and thorough
- Time management – Capability to work on multiple deliverables and strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
