Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the retrieval, production, and transmittal of TORs from ASRS and EduSuite
- Assist in the retrieval, production, and transmittal of Academic Documents requested
- Assist in the updating of current Student Records, Class Lists, Scoresheets, and Teachers’ Records, in EduSuite
- Assist in the update and input of the current school year’s grading template
- Assist in collating, downloading, updating and printing of non-academic scoresheets from the previous school years
- Assist in the retrieval, production, and transmittal of TORs from ASRS and EduSuite

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Basic Skills in Computing (Windows Environment)
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications/Google Apps
- Working knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication Skills
