Job Description
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, and etc.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information and etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll concerns
- Documentation and report generation related to payroll activities
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy, or equivalent
- Knowledge on Payroll Transaction
- Knowledge on Payroll System
- Advance knowledge in using spreadsheet
- Strong written and oral communication skills
