Job Description
- Manages assigned accounts in designated territory
- Scoping of different companies in various industries – understanding their operations and business needs
- Acquisition of new clients in the SMB segment
- Conducts product presentations to prospective clients
- Achieve individual sales targets to ensure that goals are met in accordance with sales plan
- Upsell and gain additional sales from current clients
- Maintain constant communication and/or relationship with clients as part of continued service as well as to grow existing business.
- Coordinates with appropriate groups to facilitate related business transactions to execute sales or resolve client requests and concerns.
- Submission of periodic reports/ competitive information and updates that may be relevant to achieving sales revenue.
- Other functions to be assigned by the Sales Head
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in the field of sales/account management/business development
- Specialization: Sales - Corporate or SME
- Must have: Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, solid work experience corporate account management/key account management
- Must know how to drive manual
- Experience in the Telecommunications/IT/FMCG industry is a plus
