Job Description
- Directly performs full support technical documentation work on assigned projects resulting in RFS of a new service. Such projects may be initiated as follows:
- A new service or service enhancement ideation activity by internal business and/or technical proponents
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
- Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Handles multiple Public and Private projects at one time that will generally be complex in nature, both internal and external
- Close collaboration with Project Working Team
- Functionally reports to EG Project Management - Customer Implementation Management Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any IT Related course
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig or in Mandaluyong
- Has Technical writer experience
